Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of ethereans, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users regardless of location. Ethereans reserves the right to restrict access in jurisdictions where crypto trading is prohibited by local law.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and pass identity verification to trade on Ethereans. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred to another person.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and two-factor authentication device. Ethereans will never ask for your password.

Any activity conducted through your account — including unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure credentials — remains your responsibility.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, including the Ethereans name, logo, interface design, and proprietary trading engine, is owned by Ethereans and protected under applicable IP law.

Limitation of Liability

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. Ethereans does not guarantee profits and is not liable for trading losses, market downtime, or losses caused by third-party network failures.

Ethereans' total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by that user in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

Ethereans integrates third-party fiat payment processors and blockchain networks. These providers operate under their own terms, and Ethereans is not responsible for their actions or outages.

Security Obligations

Ethereans applies 256-bit encryption, cold storage for 95% of funds, and multi-signature withdrawal controls. Users must enable 2FA — accounts without it may face withdrawal restrictions.

Your Rights

You have the right to export your transaction history, request account deletion, and receive a clear breakdown of all fees charged. Submit requests to info@ethereans.app.

Changes to These Terms

Ethereans may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance.
